I bought myself a pair of Dupé slippers this Christmas 'coz everytime we have a Volleyball play, I always end up losing or misplacing my slippers. Pronounced as "Doo Pay", this 2nd genuine flip flops technology from Brazil is designed to give superior comfort to the user, and has designs which will suit your character. I bought a simple olive green Dupé nearly similar to the green slippers below left.

The novel Twilight, which is all about the sweet never ending love affair between a human, Isabella Swan and the hella-good-vampire, Edward Cullen has surely hit the people around the globe. Almost every teenagers now is already a fanatic of this romance-suspense-fantasy movie that started first as a book, written by a married woman, Stephenie Meyer. Twilight is a series of Novels: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Even oldy people reads this novel too. I was laughing in my mind when we ate at McDo somewhere NLEX, I saw a woman around 47, reading New Moon. Maybe she's done with Twilight.


Even that Eugenio Lopez III (CEO of ABS-CBN) so love Twilight, that he even signed a contract last December 6, 2008 for the TV adaptation of this famous movie which will be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, co-produced by Ignite Media Inc. This will be casted mainly by Rayver Cruz as Edward and Shaina Magdayaw as Isabella Swan.

YES. IT'S NOT JUST ANOTHER RUMOR. IT'S A FACT.

Dang. Personally I haven't watched the film. But yeah, I know that the movie's cool. When I see the giant posters of this movie at The Block, Manila, I know it's a good movie, by just only seeing the cast of this movie. I did not bother to watch anymore this movie when it's already the content of different mouth of people. The touching lines of the casts here were also made as quotations by these fanatics, making competition with Bob Ong, a famous Filipino writer. Many people has a negative remarks against ABS-CBN when this news spread like a virus. They mostly say, that It will only be a real disaster. I agree! I agree! Don't try hard. They are such a LOSER.

A Day of Happiness

Guammer is for happiness.

Last December 19 was really a day for me. It was fun, knowing that though we don't have anything in our classroom, no music devices, the party continued and everyone were participating. It was very alive, for we have a new set of party games this year, particularly the picture perfect. We're not the only class that were partying hard. As you walk along the corridor, you will see boys dressed like girls for their Bebot Beauty Pageant. I really don't like the food tho, but it's enough to feed a starving stomach.

For the first time again this school year, me and my 'pornstar' friends had the chance to be complete again after a long time of not seeing each other. No, We're not really complete; but the on-the-go pornstar friends are complete. Lil Killah ooops, I mean Harvey, Glenn, Maye, Renz, Jacky, Jerome and we have a guest tonight, Joyce, my best friend. I felt real happiness as they arrive at the place we're going to have our party one by one, and like I never expected Renz to come because of his girlfriend, and the seem-to-be-lost-sheep Maye hastily went in, but they still made our day. Hours have gone chatting with each other, talking about their boyfriends and girlfriends, the usual stuff we're doing when we're together. Ofcourse, after an hour, the party wouldn't be complete without the horse that kicked my butt off at the 5th round. It was a happy horse! Indeed! I won't stay longer with that. I nearly vommitted actually. But It was fun fun fun, knowing Harvey has braces already and is now proud to show his charming smile. *grin* My sanity came working again when the waiter handed us our bill. Good thing we're Boy and Girl Scouts, we were able to pay our bill almost 1000 bucks.

It doesn't matter if we're not complete. It doesn't matter If we walk to home just to pay everything we had. It doesn't matter If we almost fell on the floor of exhaustion walking around SM Mall, waiting for my pornstar friend's reply to my messages. It doesn't matter if we don't have the music to add energy to the party. What matters is that we remained intact and safe, and we're doing good now. We can do whatever we want again! *Evil laugh* Fuck those disciplinarians! Haha!

My friends are my happiness.

And it was really a day of happiness. :)

I took this photo along North Luzon Express Way from Marilao exit last Ignacian-Marian Bonding, celebrated at St. Mary's Academy of Pasay. This ad is wonderful. Though Bench has the sexiest man of Dyesebel and Marimar, Dingdong Dantes, posing near Balintawak area; the filipino top models talents for Human and the filipino scent of Alfred Vargas for Baleno, still, this is for me the most powerful advertisement that strucked me from where I'm sitted. It's a friendly reminder of these advertisers that we should not forget to pray to our Heavenly Father even in our busiest days. It won't cause such delay, but instead He'll help us carry out all the burdens we have in life. Have faith! Pray, it really works!

Marky Cielo Dead

Dang. I had a goosebumps when a friend texted me that Marky Cielo's dead. He was last seen playing an online video game in a computer cafe at Quezon City. His mom went to his room to wake him up for later's annual charity event of his official fans club at 6:00 am. He did not respond so her mom immediately send him to the nearby hospital and reported that he was about 4 hours dead when rushed in the hospital. Gossips says that he died in sleep. But there is no clear report until now what is the real cause of his death.

He was too young to die you know. There's so much in life to do and discover. But knowing that he lives a healthy good and generous lifestyle, I say that his life is worth living. I get to sit back from my sit when I see him in SOP dancefloor moving his body around, dancing like Mark Herras. We'll surely miss him.

I hope to dance with you in heaven Marky! n_n

The Horse and His Boy

A wild gallop for freedom. We've seen Narnia once in the The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. This is a magical enticing place where horses talk, where treachery is brewing, where all animals and mythical creatures live and talk, where destiny awaits.

On a desperate journey, two runaways of their own escapades meet and join forces. hoping only to escape their narrow and unwanted life before, they soon find themselves into a very dangerous and traumatic war between kingdoms. It is a battle that will decide their fate, and Narnia itself.

On a stormy night in the south of Narnia, a boat with a dying man and a crying baby landed ashore the beach. A fisherman names Arsheesh who happened to be fishing in a few meters heard the cry of the baby and took care of it. He named him Shasta. He lived his everyday life fishing with his cruel 'father' until one night, he heard that he was about to be sold by his father to a Calormen officer as slave with some pieces of gold. He was very troubled. So he waited until the two men fell asleep and Shasta took the horse of the Calormen officer to escape, who happened to be a Narnian horse named Bree and was also captured when the horse was young. They both escaped to the dark forest and met another Narnian horse named Hwin, and Aravis the princess of Tarkheena, who were also in escape. They both planned to go to Narnia (and the North!) because they knew they will find the happiness and freedom they've been longing for. They got into many troubles as they go on their journey. They encountered a lion several times that in the end, Aslan explained that he is that lion that almost put them down to death to be in haste so that they'll do their mission quickly. Aslan lead them to the Hermit and took Shasta faster to Archenland to deliver a message he heard to King Lune and the High King Peter that the son of Tisroc is going to attack them in an hour. He soon find himself holding a sword, fighting in the name of Archenland which is in the end happened to be his real home with King Lune as his real father and Corin, the boy he met at Tashbaan who is almost like him is his twin.

The first thing that came up to my mind before i read this book was, how not all the series of Narnia were made into movies. The movie must start with tthe Magician's Nephew before the Witch, The Lion and the Wardrobe, to The Horse and His Boy, to Prince Caspian, The Voyage of the Dawn Threader, The Silver Chair and finally, to the Last Battle.

Unlike Harry Potter Series, they started filming the first book up to the present, The Order of The Phoenix, the Half Blood Prince up to the Deathly Hallows on 2011. But when I finished reading and analyzing the book, the 4 humans from the Wardrobes were not the leading characters here though they are still in the novel. Maybe that's one reason of these film producers not to have this as a movie. They appeared at the near end part of the scene, so there's no focus on them. But despite of it, this novel is still a great book to read because of the action and the magical suspense it offers to the readers, plus the true to life problems this book has aside from the magical creatures here that trademarked the Chronicles of Narnia.

Clive Staples Lewis did not really surprise me for making such wonderful novels because he's always been partnered with J. R. R. Tolkien, the author of The Ring Trilogy. He did not just make this novel for the sake of money, but he made this novel out of personal experience of searching about truth about his life, religion and morality. In this novel, Shasta or Cor find the freedom he's been longing for and he found it by escaping out from his father's cruelty. Just like Lewis, he once lost his Faith with Christianity and searched for the real him and the religion that gives happiness to him. But as he has gone along his search, he found out that there's nothing much truth and love God has to offer. So he reconverted himself as a Christian at the age of 30. I recommend all his novels including The Screwtape Letters and The Space Trilogy.

One day, God made a covenant with Abraham, his son Isaac and to his grandchild Jacob. God said, "I give this land to your descendants here, from the rivers of Egypt, the land of Kenites -Euphrates, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hitittes, Perizittes, Amorites, Rephaites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites. These places are known as the "Borders of the land", surrounding the land of Promise that God has given to these people in the West.

In 1967, the towns between Israel, Jordan, Syria and Egypt had a warfare. Israel used their military power to conquer partly the area of Jordan and the west. In that year, due to consistent killings and warfare between the midst countries, the United Nations interferred and passed a resolution for the Israelites to withdraw from their occupied land; some worked for the military (that's why you can see over 3 million Palistines holding and shooting guns illegaly.) just to escape death. Apparently, the lives of the Palestines and Israelites was plagued by daily violence and insecurity.

But I'm not really in particular with Egypt, and what the Bible has to say regarding the land that God has promised.




The Philippines has been called the "Lupang Pinangako" because of it's natural beauty, rich natural sources and because of the hospitable people living here. As what the 'The Apl Song' of the Black Eyed Peas and goes like "Lapit mga kaibigan, at makinig kayo, Ako'y may dala-dalang balita galing sa bayan ko. Nais kong ipamahagi ang mga kwento ang mga pangyayayaring nagaganap sa Lupang Pinangako", the Philippines really had a lot of story still unfolded, drowned and buried in it's self.

Ilang beses nang napansin at napabilang ang kagandahan ng Pilipinas sa 11 Wonders of The World, ang mga magagandang produktong gawa ng mga tribo sa mga kabundukan, ang mga natural na mapagkukunan ng mga enerhiya at malalagong likas na yaman. Yaan ay ilan lamang sa mga dahilan ng mga aktibista noong unang panahon upang mawala sa kamay ng mga mananakop ang Lupang Pinangako. Ang karapatan ng mga Pilipino bilang mga tao, at ang kalayaan.

But is the Philippines still a country of freedom, unity and justice? There are so many controversies ruling in the Philippines now adays. One of the latest and most sounded scandal in the Philly is the fertilizer scam which has done by the undersecretary Jocelyn "Jok-jok" Bolante who seems to be very defensive of himself and the best actor in his own movie as the "Buang". (Hey! I thought we are all in this fight? Bakit ikaw ang nagpapasimula ng krimen sa Pilipinas? To think that you have been elected now and placed in a high position in the House with the trust of the mass.) I hope this scenario won't go far and the "I am sorry" case of Pres. Gloria Arroyo won't be repeated again by him, or any of the officials in the government.

Tapos sasabayan pa ng traffic here in Bulacan, because the arch of Meycauayan in front of Nazarenus Hospital Marilao is being constructed. Haluan mo pa ng init ng panahon at ng sobrang paniningil ng driver sa isang pasahero. The passenger was terribly mad and I can feel it. It's very obvious in his actions and whatever he was saying. But I was not affected by it, instead I remained cool and comfortable. I was thinking then that it's plainly non of my business anyway. I better stay out of the trouble it might give me or him.

Just a little advice to passengers, you won't get very poor with that little peso that was selfishly got from your money (I've heard that God is giving great rewards in heaven when you remained humble and just. So let it be!) and to the drivers, you definitely won't get rich with that centavo you stole from your passengers! You dumbass! If thou wanna get rich, try being humble and just. God will also give you a great reward in heaven.

Who Said The World Doesn't Need Heroes?

Pixar must be proud to have Brad Bird, the director and writer of “The Incredibles” to have him in the scene. This movie must have been the hope of Warner Bros to rise up again and be one of the top10 companies in the US but they changed their genre to full theatrical animated features. Luck to Pixar! After the best movie seller of 1995 to Monster Inc. and Finding Nemo comes another Comedy Animated film that involves a family of heroes who should control out their powers for the world don’t need heroes anymore.

As Bob Parr (Craig Nelson) is on daily basis on saving the world but the mass soon got fed up with the thought that they don’t really need heroes, fought the urge to save the world with his Wife Helen (Elastigirl) with their 3 children. They lived 15 years after being normal mortals. Every time Frozone (Samuel Jackson) will get in their house during Wednesday as their “Bowling Day”, they used to be stuck up inside Frozone’s car while listening to the police station radio, longing for their glory days. There are circumstances that they help save the world but turned out to sending him into a mysterious mission in a remote island where Bob’s kid fan is staying and prepares as he fight his Idol, proving that he really is Incrediboy. His family has done it again as Dash (lightning speed boy) and Violet (Invisible girl) together with their mom Helen helped Bob to be out of the set trap that he’s into. And together, along with their old hero friends fight the mischievous big robot that was sent by Maniacal Syndrome from unleashing the city. Now, who said that the world doesn’t need heroes, eh?

The incredibles topped the movie list and critics lists and was rated as "97% Certified Fresh” from RottenTomatoes.com and was really able to get the audience attention by making this movie realistic, though they are animated characters, by the way the writer wants to portray each character makes them feel that they are real. This movie is recommended to everyone, for everyone’s invited! This movie is rated PG and I can’t wait to view this movie again in wide screen!

We're in the Internet laboratory of our school, studying the different html codes we have to learn. We are in the strikethrough tag, followed by ^superscript and _subscript tag at the moment. Actually this can be learned with self experience and through Actually this can be studied through experience and some browsing in the internet. Personally I know them already (thanks to the impulse to our stimulus Friendster gave us for causing the excitement to design our own profile there. But now, I'm effin bored fixing them 'coz I have two.) that's why i feel bored and was able to write these stuff down. But what for we have to study them?

Ah! I know. For the computer teachers to earn a living.
(PS. I don't think Mr. Botis will be blissful when he read this. Sorry! :) And Oh, not to mention that I've applied all our lessons I've acquired for today.)

Warm Stranger

I don't really know her at first, really. I happen to search her at Imeem website because I was kinda bored and fed up with the songs that hit the US Chart, shipped here in the Philippines. This 30 year old Taiwanese American lady, a based pianist (and I think She could play guitar, too), song writer and vocals, born in Saragota, California. She was inspired to sing and write songs by Simon & Garfunkel, James Taylor and some Mandarin Mixes. Her musical style is close to Folk, Pop and some Acapella (Passage).

I don't believe Wikipedia that she's an Alto. Her songs are very powerful. Emotions fills up my soul, realizing feelings that were not really real, but true. It's totally like dreaming. What catched me most is her "Passage" where she relates the death of a woman, feeling sad about her death (who's going to be happy anyway when you got into a car crash and died accidentally.) Words and feelings unsaid remained within herself. Creepy!

She has released 3 albums from 2002, 2004 and 2006. The Waking Hour, Warm Stranger and her latest album, Dreaming Through The Noise which includes Blue Caravan, Whatever You Want, Love Turns 40, I Don't Feel So Well (which for me is the best in this album), City Hall, Nothing Without You, Transcontinental, 1:30AM, 1BR/1BA, Now Three, Pontchartrain and Recessional.
