Up Dharma Down goes Bi

BiPolar is the cover of their sophomore album which contains 14 tracks and I believe it was released under another independent label.

Armi Millare as the band's vocalist and keyboard, Carlos Tanada is the guitarist, Paul Yap, the bassist and Ean Mayor is the drummer.

The Up Dharma Down was able to again please their fans with their another soul talking, noteworthy album BiPolar that covers 3 vernacular songs, "Taya", "Sana" and "Silid" which were really breathtaking, as well as 7 English songs and 4 Instrumentals. The PEP team said that the location where they launched this album was too small for the excited fans to see their favorite band play and have the limited signatured BiPolar album on their hands.

Short changes:
I wont be uploading the 14 tracks of this album in any upload site. I just realized, what we, Fans do to our favorite band is to give business to them. So hurry and grab one copy of this album in stores now! :)

Magic SARAP!

This year's Summer Season is really different from the other summer season we had here in the Philippines. Rains all over the metro and the provinces ruins the vacation of people this season. Instead of eating Halo-halo this unwanted time, I personally recommend making Arroz Caldo in just 4 easy steps! Yes, it's really easy, even first timers like me can do it. This is my first time to cook REAL food! (because I used to cook only hotdogs and bacons when I don't like our viand).

Here's how.
Ingredients
  • Onion, sliced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, sliced
  • Chicken (6-8 pieces)
  • Malagkit Rice
  • Plain Rice
  • Onion Leaves
  • Saffron
  • Fish Sauce
  • Onion Leaves
Procedure:

1.In a preheated cooking pot with oil (you can use vegetable oil), saute the sliced ginger (about 2 tablespoons), minced garlic (about 5-7 pieces) and onion. Add 1 Maggie chicken cube.

2. Add the chicken parts. Cook until lightly browned.

3. Pour in 3 to 4 cups of water into the pot.
4. Add 1/2 cup of Malagkit rice and 1/2 cup of plain rice into the pot. Mix well. Simmer until rice is cooked. Be sure y7our Arroz Caldo is still pourable. Season with Fish Sauce (Patis) and ground black pepper. Add water if the mixture becomes thick.

Serve with fried garlic chips, chopped spring onion and patis-calamansi sauce. Add there tokwa for a healthy well proteined-Arroz Caldo. :) I hope I helped even a bit.
